U-12 / U-14 Coed Tackle Rugby
The Aspetuck Valley Youth U12 & U14 programs are co-ed and full contact.
Ages: August 31, 2011 to September 1, 2015
U-8 / U-10 Coed Flag Rugby
The Aspetuck Valley Youth U8 & U10 programs are co-ed and play with flags, no tackle.
Ages: August 31, 2015 to September 1, 2020
